Rundle on the radar

Yesturday's Chronicle brought confirmation that Rochdale winger Adam Rundle is definately on Gateshead's radar. Luton town are also believed to be interested in the winger, but the lure of moving back to the North East could prove decisive.

We also understand the possiblity of Jon Shaw and Daryl Clare coming back to the Tynesdiders could become reality, with Ian Bogie also eager to add a central midfielder and a couple of defenders to his roster.

Elsewhere, tonight's friendly with Spennymoor Town has been cancelled due to the annoying white stuff that's fallen from the sky. This match was scheduled to be played on Durham City's 3G pitch.

Note: The possibility of Saturday's Trophy match being switched to Durham cannot happen due to FA rules.
