John Brackstone has been transfer listed and its unclear if he will still feature in the squad on Saturday, John missed Tuesday nights Setanta Shield match away to Barrow. He came to Gateshead with a reputation as a strong left back with a talent do being a dead ball specialist.
Sadly for what ever reason Brackstone’s time at Gateshead has not seen him find his A game that made him a professional with both Hartlepool and Darlington in the Football League.
