Ian Bogie takes his team to Cheshire on Saturday to take on Hyde Utd at Walker Lane.
New signing Darren Holloway will more than likely start from the bench, with Bogie stating that “Darren was very fit in training and keeping up with all the lads, but match sharpness wont be at its best”.
Holloway will be a great asset to the Heed defence, having played at the top level for much of his career, the former Sunderland and Wimbledon Defender will be in competition with three other central defenders when Carl Jones returns from his broken jaw.
Hyde currently sit in 19th place in the Conf North table on 12 points from their 14 games played, the Tynesiders will fancy their chances after last weeks stunning come against Blyth Spartans in the Setanta Shield at Croft Park.
Lee Novak and Graeme Armstrong look set to carry on their partnership up front with Davie Southern possibly having to settle for a place on the bench.
Here is some footage of Fleetwood towns Jamie Milligan scoring a penalty against Hyde earlier this season. You can see a good view of Hyde’s Walker Lane ground in the background:
